Syscom COVID-19 Business Update
We would like to bring our current and potential customers, suppliers and contractors up to date with our policies. We have made provisions for all of our staff to work from home so that we can continue to provide support and ensure project continuity by providing services remotely.
Our staff regularly do this, therefore we are confident that support services and project continuity are ensured. We can operate our main switchboard number from home so that your call is dealt with appropriately. Our staff always have access to their emails if they are working at home.
Requests for support assistance will remain as normal via our client support website.
Using Microsoft Teams for Home-Working
We use Office 365 and Microsoft Teams™ for communication, we recommend that you consider the same. We can conduct all meetings remotely via conference audio and video calls using Microsoft Teams. You do not need a licence to participate in a Teams meeting initiated by Syscom.
You may well already have it in your company as part of Office365™, our Technical team will be pleased to assist and advise you how to use Teams for meetings other than with Syscom.
